Shaul Shulman is an electrical engineer and researcher with over 30 years of experience in electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), signal integrity, and communications system design. Shaul began his engineering career with the Israeli Ministry of Defense, where he led EMC research projects focused on national defense systems. He later joined global tech giants including Intel Corporation and Texas Instruments, where he played a primary role in developing DOCSIS 4.0, a foundational standard for broadband communications.
